Founded in 2005 by Chef Rahul Kumar, our restaurant was born from a vision to honour the depth and diversity of Indian cuisine while embracing the world's finest culinary traditions.
Every dish tells a story. From the slow-cooked biryanis to our contemporary fusion platters, we source ingredients daily from local farms, ensuring every bite is as fresh as it is flavourful. Our kitchen is a laboratory of love.
